For employers

Meet candidates before the interview.

Every application on intro.jobs carries a short candidate intro alongside experience, languages, location and availability. Watch, shortlist and invite — without a single CV pile.

Free means free.

Posting jobs, reviewing applications, watching intros, shortlisting and inviting candidates — all of it is free. No plans, no credits, no per-post fees.

What a candidate intro gives you

An intro is a short video of up to 60 seconds. It’s an early human signal — communication, languages, presence — before you spend an interview slot. It never replaces the interview and it doesn’t claim to prove competence.

A pipeline that stays simple

Applications move through six stages. Rejected and withdrawn are terminal outcomes, kept out of your way.

Structured fit, not scores

intro.jobs never scores people. You filter on four factual dimensions — everything else is your judgement. Candidates on Plus appear first in browse lists with a Priority label; that reflects their plan, never a judgement of the person.

Built on candidate trust

Verified employers

Company accounts are verified before they can post jobs.

Intros are not public

Candidate intros are visible inside intro.jobs only — never indexed or shared as public pages.

Discreet by default

Candidates never see who viewed or watched their intro — your identity is revealed only when you invite them.

Yes. Mark any job as confidential and your company name and logo are hidden from candidates and from the public site.
There are no person scores — nothing rates ability, personality or appearance. Browse lists show Plus candidates first (marked with a Priority label); beyond that you filter by experience, languages, location and availability, and the decision stays yours.
