intro.jobs is built around candidate video. That makes privacy and safety the foundation, not a feature.
Who can see your intro
Your intro is visible to verified employer accounts inside intro.jobs — when you apply to their job, or when your profile appears in their candidate search. It is never shown on the public website.
No public indexing
Intros and candidate profiles are not public web pages. They are never indexed by search engines and there is no public candidate directory.
Employer verification
Companies are verified before they can post jobs. Accounts that fail verification can’t publish.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any job, company or message from inside the product. Reports are reviewed by our team, and you can block an employer from contacting you.
Misuse prevention
Downloading, re-sharing or using intros outside the hiring process is prohibited. Accounts that misuse candidate video are removed.
Your privacy controls
You choose what your profile shows, you can re-record or remove your intro at any time, and you can withdraw from any application process.
Confidential jobs
Some employers hire confidentially. On those jobs the company identity is hidden from everyone — it works both ways: their discretion never reduces your privacy.
